Most silent-player incidents come from a muted bot, missing Speak permission, the listener's client volume or a source-specific failure. Check those layers in order before rebuilding configuration.

Listener controls
Check that the bot is not server-muted and its local Discord volume is above zero.
Player state
Confirm the track is not paused, stopped or waiting behind a long queue.
Source and node health
Try another supported result and review the public system status before reporting an outage.
Why can other people hear the bot but I cannot?
Your local Discord user volume for Muzes may be muted or reduced. Right-click the bot in voice and check its user volume.
Why does only one provider fail?
External sources can have regional, authentication or temporary availability problems. Try another result and check source health.
What information should I send to support?
Send the server ID, voice channel, command, source, approximate timestamp and the visible error code. Never send account cookies or tokens.
